Hope Outdoor Gallery - Relocation Campaign

Merchandise / Messaging / Strategy

Created in 2011 as an alternative to the blank concrete walls of a mothballed construction project, the HOPE Outdoor Gallery is a rare public space dedicated to free, safe, and legal artistic expression. Over seven years the Gallery grew from street art stronghold to Austin Instagram institution with a stream of 500+ visitors per day. But, while countless artists from across the country came to make their mark on those vaunted walls, many many more would never get the chance. HOPE had to move on. Preacher volunteered to create the messaging and design assets to help the Gallery secure sorely needed donations to finance its new home—rebranding the Gallery’s SXSW event and literally spreading the word about the relocation to Carson Creek Ranch on nearly a dozen walls around the city in the process.
